At PureIngredientsCo., we strive to provide you with high-quality, natural hair care products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our shampoo and conditioner bars, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened products. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the damaged items at no cost to you.
To report a damaged or defective product:
- We will assess the situation and promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent.
2. Please email us at cs@pureingredientsco.store within 10 days of receiving your order.
3. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective items.
In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged product. We will advise you if a return is necessary.
Other Returns:
As mentioned above, we cannot accept returns for used or opened shampoo and conditioner bars due to hygiene reasons. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before ordering. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us before placing your order.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can typically cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
